Development democratic, a lawful state in Ukraine is directly connected to observance and appropriate realization guaranteed by the Constitution of Ukraine of the rights and freedom of the person and the citizen, in particular their rights on the information. A warranting of citizens access to the information, and also a precise legal regulation of unusual cases of its (access) restrictions is important and necessary compound the mechanism of realization of the right on the information.

On the basis of the Order of the President of Ukraine from 2005.12.14. № 1276/2005-rp “About grants of the President of Ukraine for the gifted youth for 2006” the philosofy doctor of law Marushchak Anatoly with financial support of the Ministry of Ukraine in family, youth and sports affairs realizes the project “Realization of scientific research “Lawful means of citizens access to the information”.

Each citizen can address to the author of the project the examples of infringement of their right to access to the information by any enterprises, the organizations and establishments. All problem questions will be analysed, lawful means of access to the information in each concrete case will be offered to you.
