Marushchak Anatoly Ivanovich was born in 1977. The philosofy doctor of law since 2002, has written the dissertation on research of problems of legal regulation of foreign investment in Ukraine.
In 2003 became the winner of 9-th competition declared by the Kharkov Center on studying of the organized crime together with the American University in Washington.
In 2004 has received the premium of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for a payment of youth in development of the state in a nomination for scientific achievements (the Order of the Cabinet of Ministers Ukraine №760 of 2004.06.16).
Now Marushchak Anatoly works above dissertational research on reception of a scientific degree of the doctor of jurisprudence, investigates a problem of legal regulation of access to the information in Ukraine.
Marushchak is the author of more than 50 published scientific and 20 publicistic jobs of law information subjects.
